Terms of Service

Complimentary work, discounts, and informal favors are not standard practice. Requests for free scripts, unpaid reviews, or trial access will generally be declined. All professional time is billable. Scope not defined in the original agreement is not included.

Upon delivery, ownership of the work transfers to the client. Modifications made by the client post-delivery are the client's sole responsibility. Issues arising from improper implementation or unauthorized changes are not covered under the original agreement.

Deliverables are limited to what was explicitly agreed upon prior to commencement. Any additions, revisions, or expansions requested during or after the project will be treated as a separate engagement and invoiced accordingly.

Implementation details of proprietary systems, including anti-cheat architecture, will not be publicly disclosed. In return, clients may not redistribute, resell, or expose delivered scripts to third parties. Violations are traceable and will be pursued.

In the event of a dispute, all communications, deliverables, and transaction records will be presented in full. Chargebacks filed against completed and delivered work will be contested with comprehensive documentation. Clients are encouraged to resolve concerns directly before escalating.

These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued engagement with my services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is the client's responsibility to review this page periodically. Current version supersedes all prior versions.
